ok first you need this
pic
then you sharpen the eyes after
you already seleted them with ur freehand tool, this ones already sharpen,keep it seleted then make a new layer and turn the blending options on color(legacy) any color you want

then you make a new layer, blending options on multiply, color in her hair, then earse anything on clothing or face

it wont look perfect but oh well, then a new layer and that you put on saturation, and color her skin any color u want, green might look stupid btw,

then u earse around her eyes and lips the make a new layer and make the blending option color no legacy, the color her lips whatever u like
